Job Description

• Oversee daily commercial construction activities to keep work moving according to project plans.
• Coordinate site schedules, labor, materials, and equipment to support timely project progress.
• Review completed work and address site issues to maintain project quality.
• Communicate project updates, priorities, and site needs with construction stakeholders.
• Monitor work areas and site conditions to promote safe construction practices.
• Track project milestones and report progress, risks, and changes as they arise.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to keep work sequences organized and productive.
• Maintain site records and project documentation throughout construction activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Superintendent should have:

• Experience overseeing commercial construction activities and site operations.
• Experience coordinating project schedules, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to review work progress and identify practical site needs.
• Experience maintaining construction records and project documentation.
• Ability to communicate clear site updates and priorities with project stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of safe construction practices.
