Job Description

• Plan and manage retail construction projects from project start through completion.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, contractors, and suppliers.
• Track project progress and address issues that affect timelines or deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, updates, and key project decisions.
• Monitor project costs and maintain focus on approved budget requirements.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.
• Close projects by confirming work is complete and deliverables are documented.
