The Account Manager Assistant position is the gateway for entry into an industry that is virtually recession-proof. No insurance experience is necessary-we will train the right candidate!

Responsibilities

The Account Manager Assistant position is designed to prepare team members for advancement into an Account Manager position through the development of tenure, experience, operational expertise, and industry knowledge. This progression is a journey that begins for every Account Manager Assistant when they join Navigator. As they grow into the Account Manager role, they take on greater responsibility in support of our Anchor Statement.

EXAMPLE TASKS

· Receive client and insurance company calls and emails

· Prepare client correspondence and proposals

· Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and cancellations

· Assist with new and renewal underwriting submissions

· Collect, organize, and analyze data

· Provide administrative support to others as needed

· Manage special projects
