We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 5+ years in senior leadership roles to lead our organization's information security strategy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security management, with a proven track record of implementing robust security frameworks. This role requires strong strategic leadership abilities to guide the security team and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders about complex security matters.
Develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies and policies to protect organizational data and systems
Represent the organization in security audits, risk assessments, and communications with external assessors
Partner with executive leadership to maintain security clearance requirements and operational integrity
Protect the organization through proactive cybersecurity leadership.
Design security frameworks and build resilience across all networks and systems
Lead security incident response efforts and oversee security operations to identify and mitigate potential threats
Ensure detailed cyber security standards and procedures are established and implemented.
Monitor compliance with cyber security regulations, policies, standards and procedures.
Broad knowledge of computer security issues, requirements, and trends
Demonstrated ability to translate complex security concepts into business terms for executive stakeholders
Experience building and mentoring high-performing security teams
Track record of successfully managing security programs during periods of organizational growth or transformation
10+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in leadership
Demonstrable experience running security compliance programs.
