Job Description

Our Senior Project Manager will be resonsible for:

Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
Oversee subcontractor relationships and project execution
Coordinate with school districts, consultants, owners, and agencies
Drive project financial performance and schedule adherence
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities
Ensure DSA and Public Works compliance
