You'll Achieve:

  • Editorial Precision: Every asset that passes through your hands will meet a consistent, high standard for accuracy, grammar, and clarity — anchored to company style guides and the Chicago Manual of Style.

  • Cross-Asset Consistency: You'll compare and verify alignment across related materials and multi-part training series, catching discrepancies before they reach the field.

  • Structured Content Creation: You'll produce comprehensive, well-organized training assets for sales leaders, licensees, sub-licensees, and families — each one built to last and built to teach.

  • Quality Gatekeeping: You'll maintain rigorous quality standards for all instructional materials before they're published, protecting the integrity of the CC brand.

  • Organized Systems: You'll keep project files and asset libraries clean, current, and accessible for the whole team — no hunting for the right version.

  • Reliable Delivery: You'll manage multiple projects at once and consistently deliver on schedule, without sacrificing accuracy for speed.

  • Constructive Feedback Loops: You'll give and receive editorial feedback in a way that steadily strengthens the quality of the team's work.

  • Pedagogical Alignment: You'll ensure every piece of content reflects Classical Conversations' structure, pedagogy, and mission — not just correct, but true to the classical model.

Why You'll Excel in This Role:

  • Mastery Through Repetition: You'll refine your editing and writing craft daily, building deep technical expertise in a defined, high-standards discipline.

  • Clear Standards to Work Within: Established style guides and consistent processes give you a stable framework — you'll always know what "excellent" looks like.

  • Depth Over Breadth: This role rewards careful, thorough work over rushed output — you'll have the space to get it right.

  • Steady, Structured Workflow: A remote, systematic work environment supports focused, uninterrupted editorial work.

  • Room to Grow Your Technical Skillset: You'll deepen your working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, InCopy, and other tools as you take on more complex projects.

  • Recognition for Consistency: Your reliability and precision will be visible and valued — the kind of quiet excellence that builds trust across teams.

  • Collaborative but Independent: You'll work closely with subject matter experts and the Instructional Development team, while still owning your editorial process.

  • Purposeful Impact: Every asset you polish equips real families and community leaders to homeschool classically and faithfully — your attention to detail directly serves CC's mission to know God and make Him known.
