PRODUCT MANAGER & ASSISTANT TO THE VP
Reports to the Vice President, Chesterton Schools Network
The Chesterton Society is seeking a Product Manager and Assistant to the Vice President who will collaborate and coordinate across departments (accreditation, curriculum and school support) to prioritize, develop, improve, publish and advertise best-in-class tools and resources for Network schools.
The Product Manager implements established review, approval and publishing processes. Ensures consistency of internal metric and tool utilization across departments. The manager is also responsible for coordinating between departments to maintain rapport with colleges, vendors and other organizations that partner with the CSN.

Help ensure all aspects of Chesterton Schools Network accreditation, operational toolkits, curriculum, and support convey an authentic Catholic identity and our vibrant charism for evangelization through education
Exhibit faithfulness to the Church's Magisterium in accord with our canonical status as a private association of the Christian faithful
Personally, exercise and encourage others to imitate Christ in the model of G.K. Chesterton’s joy and spirituality
CSN Department Coordination
Assist CSN Vice President with collaboration across departments and helping maintain project dashboards in task management software
Ensure documentation is consistent, properly labeled and up to date
Coordinate across departments to identify priorities to update and create products
Monitor and help define internal reporting metrics across departments
Help define, implements and monitors internal use of tools across departments
Complete additional projects as they arise
Product Review and Quality Assurance
Exercise approved processes for the review, approval and publishing of products
Review all products for quality, accuracy, usability and consistency across departments
Ensure that only the latest published documents and tools are available to and easily accessible by member schools
Create and maintain an inventory of existing products
External Collaboration
Manage partnerships and advertising with external organizations (colleges, vendors, other organizations) consolidating requirements of all departments
In coordination with the Marketing team, draft and deliver external CSN communications (Newsletters, advertising, training notifications and reminders etc.)
Utilize surveys and data analytics to identify product requirements and monitor the impact and usage of products
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and or experience
Proven experience in product or configuration management, particularly in documentation management
Strong understanding of Chesterton Academy school operations, administrative processes and education
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Exceptional written and oral communication
Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
Strong ability and understanding of Microsoft Office and Google products

The Chesterton Schools Network
Through the Society’s educational initiative, the Chesterton Schools Network (CSN), we are leading one of the most significant expansions of Catholic secondary education in modern times, forming a new generation of joyful leaders and saints to build up the Kingdom of God and advance the Culture of Life envisioned by the great Pope Saint John Paul II.
In just over a decade, the CSN has grown to over 80 schools, serving more than 3,300 students across 76 dioceses, 36 states, and in multiple countries. The Network has more than 20 additional schools preparing to open, and the realistic capacity to grow to 1,000 schools serving 100,000 students annually.

Full-Time, Exempt, Salaried
Base salary range $42,000 to $48,000, based on experience and demonstrated capability
Medical health benefit stipend and a generous package of discretionary paid time off plus staff holidays
