inbound customer service rep - starting AUG 10th training $17 an hourIntegrated Sales Solutions

We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as an Inbound Customer Service Representative to help field calls for people needing help to resolve solar cancellation issues .The customers have already called in, submitted info for a return call from the Consumer Advocacy Law group , the customer is then responsible to submit documents to move forward with the resolution, In this role, you'll be handling incoming calls and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care. You will have 1 week of paid training to learn how to navigate windows , tabs and Consumer Advocacy Law Group pages to identify missing criteria for the resolution process. You'll work with CRM software to missing components to completing their resolution process and ensure every customer leaves the conversation feeling heard and helped. Strong communication and active listening skills are a must!

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions to questions and concerns in regards to what the customer has NOT passed in for their resolution steps. You will identify what they NEED to submit and what has yet to be submitted, You will navigate 4 open windows and tabs, You will need to be able to know basic navigation of your system , You will need to be able to follow along in training to be prepared to do the job with success . Training is on ZOOM , you will need to open GoogleDocs for screen sharing in training ,

We are looking for applicants that KNOW how to navigate their computers , KNOW how to work REMOTE with out hands on training and can learn on ZOOM . Must read and be able to communicate with customers. Must be able to work Mon - Fri 11am est - 7pm est ,
