A well-established mission-driven organization is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator to lead the evolution of its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
This is far more than a traditional administrator role. You'll serve as the long-term platform owner, partnering with business leaders to design, improve, and expand a modern Dynamics environment supporting fundraising, customer service, marketing, and organizational operations.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform.
Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and related CE applications.
Design scalable business processes using Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Manage security roles, environments, governance, and platform health.
Create and maintain forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and customizations.
Support integrations with Microsoft technologies and third-party applications.
Improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Lead user adoption through training, documentation, and continuous process improvement.
