Summary

You'll own the systems, timelines, and vendor relationships that keep Sales & Marketing initiatives moving, with the discipline to execute cleanly and consistently. Minimum Qualifications
College degree in a business-related field, or equivalent related business experience
Classical Conversations Sales Team Leadership experience preferred
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Basic proficiency in project management software preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
You'll Achieve:
Project Execution Mastery: Drive Sales & Marketing projects from initiation to completion using consistent, repeatable processes that deliver 95% of assigned projects on time.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Build precise coordination across Classical Conversations companies and departments, with every handoff documented and on schedule.
Systems & Process Ownership: Master the project management tools and workflows that keep initiatives aligned with CC's content, structure, and pedagogy.
Contract & Deliverable Accuracy: Execute contracts, terms, and deliverables against agreed specifications with zero ambiguity.
Vendor Management Discipline: Identify and manage vendor partners through a rigorous evaluation process matched to each project's requirements.
Status Reporting Rigor: Monitor project progress continuously and deliver clear, data-backed status updates to stakeholders on a regular cadence.
Response-Time Standards: Maintain a sub-24-hour response time with internal departments, cross-company teams, and external vendors during business days.
Scorecard Accountability: Submit accurate monthly scorecards by the 5th business day of every month.
Problem-Solving Under Constraint: Apply flexibility and resourcefulness to adapt project approaches when challenges arise, without sacrificing quality.

Physical Demands
