This role exists to serve EHN clients at the highest level — guiding them through a personalized root-cause healing journey with skill, warmth, and full ownership from intake through program completion. You will carry a dedicated client caseload, contribute to group coaching, and show up as a trusted partner in every client's healing process. As our practice grows, so does this role, and the right person will grow with it.
Guide each assigned client from intake through their full program journey, ensuring they move safely and sequentially through each phase of healing with clear forward progress at every stage
Conduct intake sessions for newly enrolled clients, building the foundation of trust and setting a clear, personalized roadmap from day one
Drive measurable client outcomes: restored energy, open drainage pathways, and sustainable progress through the Foundational Healing Sequence
Own client satisfaction within your caseload — show up as a coach who is warm, direct, and skilled at spotting blind spots and holding accountability
Model and teach nervous system regulation and a positive healing mindset as core parts of the program
Conduct group coaching calls with confidence and presence
Respond to client messages in Practice Better within expected timeframes and maintain thorough session notes after every interaction
Contribute actively to the private Facebook client community with engaging, on-brand content
Recommend products from the EHN supplement shop where clinically appropriate
Handle client dissatisfaction with professionalism and skill, upholding company policies without exception
Must-Have:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on health coaching experience with real client outcomes to point to
Functional understanding of the body: how systems connect, why sequence matters, and how to build a personalized protocol
Working knowledge of nervous system regulation and somatic approaches
A coaching mindset: comfortable naming blind spots, holding accountability, and having hard conversations with warmth and skill
Highly organized, a strong communicator, and a self-starter who doesn't need to be managed into action
Coachable — you receive feedback well, implement it, and get better because of it
High personal standard for communication, documentation, and follow-through
No desire to run your own practice — you're energized by doing excellent work inside a proven system and growing within it
Nice to Have:
Certifications across multiple modalities
Familiarity with root-cause or foundational medicine frameworks
Experience with detox, drainage, parasites, heavy metals, and mycotoxin protocols
Prior experience in an online health coaching program or virtual delivery environment

Our program is a 6-month intensive built around Foundational Medicine: a systems-based approach that opens drainage pathways, addresses parasites and toxins, and rebuilds cellular health from the ground up. It works because it doesn't skip steps, and because every client gets a personalized protocol — not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Our team is small, sharp, and deeply bought in. We communicate in the open, hold a high standard, and care about the outcome for every single client we serve.
Pay: $27/hour to start
Hours: Part-time, approximately 25 hours per week with a clear path to full-time as client load and performance grow
Location: Fully remote
Availability: Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. Availability for team meetings and group coaching calls is required.
