This is a remote role. Travel is not required, but plan on doing some travel because the events will greatly help you succeed in this business. With SFG, you are in business for yourself, but not by yourself.
You will be responsible for assessing client needs and providing personalized solutions. This role involves building relationships with clients, evaluating risk factors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The pay is all commissions and bonuses (1099, not W2). We coach our new consultants to first master the mortgage protection life insurance products, but there is much more growth and variety beyond that. Each person can work part time, full time, or switch from one to the other, as they build their own business. There are some insurance benefits available, plus loads of training and mentoring, but it is much more like self-employment. This is not network marketing. SFG has a team that does the marketing for us, so we are only contacting people who requested our services.
