We specialize in helping businesses grow through Facebook/Instagram advertising, Google campaigns, and targeted email marketing, Google Business Profile maintenance and Lead Gen services. Now, we’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial & Digital Marketing savvy Sales Representative to join our team and introduce Purple Penguin Digital to more businesses ready to take their digital presence to the next level.


Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Purple Penguin will provide some leads for the sales team to work with each month. However the Sales Representative should be open to prospect, identify, and qualify other new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship building.

  • Present Purple Penguin Digital’s services (FB/IG Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, Web & AI solutions) to small and mid-sized retail and franchise businesses.

  • Be knowledgeable in Digital Marketing services and Educate potential clients on how our solutions drive ROI and help them meet their goals.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, objection handling, closing, and handoff to client success team thorough onboarding.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Provide feedback to leadership to improve sales strategies, offerings, and customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and knowledgeable in digital marketing or advertising services.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive—able to work independently and manage your own pipeline.

  • Comfortable with commission-based compensation and motivated by performance-driven earnings.

Compensation

This role is structured to reward performance. The more you sell, the more you earn—no caps.

  • Commission-Only (High-Earning Potential):

    • 100% commission on first-month revenue of each new client contract.

  • Bonus Incentives: Additional bonuses for hitting quarterly revenue milestones.

  • Estimated Earnings: Entry-level reps can expect $3,000–$6,000/month with consistent performance; top performers have the potential to exceed $100k annually.
