Job Summary
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the recruiting pipeline
Oversee candidate flow from application through activation
Build onboarding systems including contracts and paperwork
Implement training and next-step workflows
Ensure candidates move efficiently into production roles
Build and scale the recruiting function from scratch
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations
Experience managing high-volume candidate pipelines
Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, contracts, and compliance
Highly organized with strong process discipline
Comfortable in performance-based, ownership-driven roles
Strong communication and follow-through skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
