Volunteer - Administrative AssistantArizona Christian Chamber of Commerce
We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant with strong Google & Microsoft Office skills. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth backend operations. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a volunteer position - 15 hours per week.
BONUS: If you are someone with a knack for social media - creating content, managing posts, monitoring comments - we would love to layer this into the role as well.
Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite
Coordinate office activities and manage calendars to ensure efficient workflow
Social media coordination (TBD on background and bandwidth)
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
