Professional Services. Traveled onsite to consult, roll-out, and fix HP’s ALM tools in customer production environments at JP Morgan Chase, USPS, USG Corporation, BP, Estee Lauder, Walmart, and SAP.

Tools & automation engineer at Sun. Owned the enterprise HP ALM tools and was responsible for their health and operating order. Setup, administration, configuration, maintenance, and support for 700 users. Integrated HP tools with in-house SIEK keyword-driven test tool.

Founding member of LSI’s Test Tools & Automation Team in Wichita Kansas, I helped engineer and support a bunch of connected software tools used by the company’s product certification organization to test lab configuration environments of software, firmware, nvsram, and esm builds.
