What You Should Know
- I advocated for an enterprise-wide document management system and successfully worked with senior IT management and developers to create a system using a SharePoint-based back-end library that feeds a PHP/SQL web-based front end.
- I managed and oversaw the annual document review of all program documentation (about 1,400 documents), working with document owners, subject matter experts, and technical writing staff to ensure on-time completion and delivery to the National Science Foundation customer.
- I was managing editor of the annual After-Operations Report, a more than 200-page document that highlighted the challenges and successes of the previous contract year. This document was used to determine the award fee the company would receive for that contract year.
