The Production Technician is responsible to follow established systems to manufacture product as directed by the Production Supervisor and Production Manager. The Production Technician will spend most of the day on their feet operating machines and equipment, or assembling and packaging products, along with other shop related tasks.A successful Production Technician will adhere to standardized work procedures while demonstrating understanding and effective execution of production. They should be a person who gets things done, maintains product quantity and quality standards, and performs their duties with excellence.
