LEAD FLORIST JOB <ul><li>We provide on the job training for about a month.</li><li>You need to be able to work at least 3-5 days a week and have dependable reliable transportation. 9am-2pm</li><li>You need to show up on time, do tasks on time, be ultra amazing with customer service.</li><li>Be slightly creative and NOT perfectionistic</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li>The average hourly base rate will be about $10 and If you do deliveries in your own vehicle you can make over $20 an hour. But we do not offer much of the deliveries until after the training period. We pay weekly SALARY for the shop and cash for deliveries.</li></ul>
