<p>The Behavior Specialist providers community-based therapy support services. Adults and children with developmental disabilities are the primary population support by Behavior Specialist. The Behavior Specialist provides a functional behavior assessment along with the development of a behavior support plan and ensures the implementation and monitoring of that plan across settings. As a member of the person-centered team, the Behavior Specialist will utilize the most current evidence-based strategies available in applied behavior analysis.</p>
