Job Title:&nbsp;Associate Recruiter/ Ops Support&nbsp;&nbsp;Reports To:&nbsp;Talent Acquisition Assistant ManagerLocation:&nbsp;Williamstown, KYUnder the direction of the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, the Associate Recruiter/Ops Support position holds the responsibility to recruit for the ministry. The goal of this role is to help fill the talent pipeline with qualified individuals from diverse candidate pools for Ark seasonal positions. This role functions as a partner with operational and business leaders to match potential and available talent with current and future employment opportunities. This position requires a well-organized, driven person, who can work in a fast-paced environment and is able to relate to individuals at all levels within the organization to achieve success.&nbsp;This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference. This position provides opportunities for spiritual, personal, and professional development.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.</li><li>Create a SERVE culture environment in all work done.&nbsp;</li><li>Approach all tasks with a second-mile mindset</li><li>Prioritize personal integrity in all interactions and assignments</li><li>Assist with Onboarding for The Ark Encounter.</li><li>Assist with Onboarding for Answers in Genesis and Creation Museum on an as-needed basis.</li><li>Assist with the recruiting process for The Ark Encounter which includes screening resumes, interviewing, hiring, background checks, drug screens, onboarding, and any relocation agreements.</li><li>Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.</li><li>Work with the Resident Manager and assist with housing for staff.</li><li>Participate in career fairs, networking events and local recruiting events when applicable.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure consistency of all internal and external job postings ensuring corporate branding initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with scheduling and logistics of interviews between candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>And all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Must agree with and be able to sign our Statement of Faith.</li><li>Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.</li><li>Regularly attends a local Bible-believing church.</li><li>Knowledge and experience with AiG ministry.</li><li>At least 1 years in Talent Acquisition role or related field preferred</li><li>Ability to work in a face paced, changing environment.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>High School Diploma Required.</li><li>Preferred associate degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>Recruiting background, a plus.</li><li>Superb communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills</li><li>Strong team player willing to assist with tasks, as needed</li><li>Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work independently</li></ul>Completion of on-line application is required.&nbsp;
