End Grain is searching for a detail-oriented, energetic individual with a passion for craftsmanship to take on the essential role of finishing and final assembly for our custom kitchen cabinets. Your unique artistic touch and high energy will be showcased through masterful staining, varnishing, and painting, followed by precise hand-sanding of the sealer. You'll then proficiently install doors, drawers, components, and hardware, all while maintaining a clean, organized finish room. As our cabinet finisher and final assembler, you are responsible for the final step in creating exquisite custom kitchen cabinets that will leave our customers in awe. Your keen eye will identify any flaws or defects that do not meet our company standards, and you'll ensure the necessary adjustments are made to deliver world-class custom kitchen cabinets. Your work will not only transform kitchens but also contribute to a lasting impact on our customers and the community, fostering a positive ripple effect centered around life and liberty.
