You've got experience producing great content and taking great care of clients —whether it’s agency, branded content, or documentary—you know how to keep the creative machine moving without losing the soul of the work. You’re the type who sees a jumble of deadlines and details and immediately starts building a clear, doable plan. You love collaborating with creative teams, keeping clients in the loop, and making sure no ball gets dropped.

We're hoping to identify a few strong candidates to work along side us here in Huntsville, Alabama in a freelance/contract capacity with the goal of that roll growing into a full time position.

• Lead or support client projects from planning through delivery

• Coordinate production timelines, schedules, and deliverables

• Own the calendar and task flow—identify bottlenecks and clear them

• Jump into team calls or client check-ins, keeping everyone on the same page

• Maintain a bird’s eye view of project health—budget, scope, hours, next steps

• Understanding of marketing, advertising and video production

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well under pressure

• Incredible communication and organizational skills

• Experience with budget management

• Experience in account management and project coordination

• Have 5+ years in video production, brand storytelling, or agency work

• Love bringing order to chaos without stifling creativity

• Understand how to speak both “client” and “creative”

• Are confident leading some projects and supporting others
