Job Type: Part-time (10 hours per week)
Pay Grade: $19.23/hr
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Reports to: New Business Academic Strategist
Department: New Business Development
Location: Remote
Travel: Moderate; up to 4 weeks annually for Site Director training, support visits, and CC Practicum attendance
Minimum Qualifications
Homeschooled and graduated child(ren) through Classical Conversations
Directed a Challenge Program for 3 or more years
Prefer a CLC and/or CC MA graduate
Sales experience in recruiting, vetting, and selecting adult classical Christian community group leaders
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with video conferencing platforms (MS Teams, Zoom) for remote Classical Skills Seminar facilitation
Exceptional communication abilities and public speaking confidence in classical education contexts
Spiritual maturity demonstrating Christ-like character in professional interactions
Supervisory Responsibilities
Yes - Site Directors (4-25+ individuals, optimal capacity to be determined through program evaluation)

Motivate Growth: Conduct dynamic check-ins and training sessions that leave Site Directors feeling encouraged, equipped, and excited about their work
Champion Success: Maintain an impressive 85% Site Director retention rate by building genuine relationships and providing motivational support that keeps leaders engaged
Facilitate Transformation: Lead engaging 90-minute Classical Skills Seminars that bring the classical Arts to life through enthusiastic delivery and authentic connection with students
Drive Expansion: Identify promising candidates and persuasively communicate the opportunity to be part of Classical Conversations' vision for college-level classical Christian education
Create Buzz: Generate excitement about the program through compelling storytelling and infectious enthusiasm that attracts both Site Directors and students
Foster Connections: Build trust and rapport across geographic regions, becoming the go-to encourager who celebrates wins and supports Site Directors through challenges

Physical Demands
Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily), color vision required for reviewing charts, graphs, and visual presentations, ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
