Pay Range: $32,000 - $35,000 + .2% commission
Reports to: VP of Product Sales and Communications

Minimum Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience with Classical Conversations products
High familiarity with Classical Conversations products and online bookstore
All school-aged children enrolled in Classical Conversations (where a local community exists)
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including knowledge of XLOOKUP functions)
Demonstrate collaborative problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork
Professional, timely, graceful, and accurate communication across all channels
Service-oriented approach with strong organizational skills
Experience with social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook

Consistent Growth: Support your territory's Book Representatives in achieving steady, year-over-year product sales increases through reliable guidance and accessible support
Team Coordination: Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between Book Representatives, Operations Team, and home office departments to ensure everyone has what they need
Reliable Systems: Maintain organized sales reporting processes and produce accurate pay reports that Representatives can depend on for their territories
Relationship Building: Establish trusted connections with all Book Representatives through regular equipping calls and responsive, supportive communication
Seamless Operations: Coordinate product sales logistics efficiently, serving as the go-to resource for Classical Conversations product expertise and event planning
Quality Assurance: Ensure consistent standards across all sales activities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in reporting and documentation
Steady Leadership: Guide Book Representative interviews and contracting processes with a clear, supportive approach that helps new team members integrate smoothly

Physical Demands
Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours daily), color vision required for reviewing charts, graphs, and visual presentations, ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
