Customer Success & Implementation ManagerRedBalloon

We're seeking a Customer Success & Implementation Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across our RedBalloon and Military Hire platforms. This role combines technical implementation, ongoing support, and strategic customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles with technical components—whether in account management, technical support, implementation, or similar positions. You'll own the complete customer lifecycle for premium accounts: onboarding, ATS integrations, XML feed configuration, basic technical support, ongoing training, and utilization optimization.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. You'll serve as product expert and customer advocate, proactively re-engaging under utilizing customers, identifying growth opportunities, submitting bug reports to engineering, and delivering regular utilization reports to the executive team.

• Onboard and implement MilitaryHire accounts as needed.

• Set up XML feed and such.

• Onboard and implement new ATS customers

• Provide technical and customer support for both brands

• Provide weekly reporting to exec team of customer utilization

• Provide regular product training for existing customers

• Pursue low utilization customers to get them reengaged

• Provide product feedback from customer interactions
