Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 5-15 years of experience as a Volunteer Coordinator who can effectively manage and inspire our volunteer team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to build relationships with diverse groups of volunteers. This role requires expertise in event planning and database management to organize volunteer activities and track participation.
ResponsibilitiesRecruit, train, and manage volunteers for various organizational initiatives and events Develop and implement volunteer recognition programs to maintain high levels of engagement and retention Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities, hours, and impact using database management systems
QualificationsDemonstrated ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and create an inclusive volunteer environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience developing volunteer training materials and conducting orientation sessions
