Responsibilities <ul><li>This position will plan out features, components, and interfaces for mobile and desktop applications</li><li>Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, wireframes, and sitemaps</li><li>Create original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables and other visuals</li><li>Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets</li><li>Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the applications&nbsp;will look and function</li><li>Identify and troubleshoot UX problems</li><li>Play a key role in product definition by taking responsibility for visual designs based on product needs and requirements</li><li>Create and adhere to style standards on fonts, color schemes and images</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role</li><li>Strong sense of visual style and feel using spacing, typography, and color</li><li>Portfolio of design projects and interface work showing attention to detail and a high level of polish</li><li>Experience working with Figma, as well as sketch, Adobe products, and other design suites</li></ul>It would also be nice to have experience in:<ul><li>Front-end development including experience with bootstrap, tailwind and/or other front-end CSS frameworks</li><li>UX involving data visualization</li></ul>Highly Desirable<ul><li>Enjoy working hard on complicated technical problems</li><li>Able to work individually and as part of a team</li><li>Takes initiative and able to work independently</li><li>Able to take and give feedback well</li><li>Works well with product managers and engineers</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul>Position Details<ul><li>Remote position</li><li>Salary based on experience</li><li>Flexible hours – it’s about getting the job done</li></ul>
