Pay Range: $35,000 - $38,900
Reports to: Manager of Instructional Development
Department: Instructional Development
Location: Remote (East of Rocky Mountains)
Travel: Occasional; up to 3 weeks annually for meetings, training, and team collaboration
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in video production, graphic design, multimedia, communications, or related field preferred
One-to-two years of experience in video production, graphic design, or multimedia development
Has homeschooled with Classical Conversations for two or more years and is committed to homeschooling with CC through high school, or is a CC graduate
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for layout and design
Basic video recording and audio editing capabilities
Strong attention to design principles and brand consistency
Sales leadership experience with Classical Conversations preferred

Precision Output: Ensure audio quality, visual synchronization, and ADA compliance across all video deliverables through meticulous attention to detail
Design Excellence: Create polished facilitator guides, attendee packets, handouts, infographics, and promotional materials that reflect deep understanding of brand guidelines
Process Refinement: Maintain organized project files and asset libraries with systematic precision for seamless team accessibility
Brand Consistency: Serve as guardian of visual standards, selecting appropriate elements, graphics, music, and transitions that align flawlessly with established guidelines

Physical Demands
