Role Overview

The Financial Advisor will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing sophisticated investment guidance, and driving business growth. This role requires comfort with alternative investment products, including private placements and secured notes, and the ability to position these solutions within a client's overall financial plan. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a performance-driven environment. This position is a hybrid role, requiring travel into the office located in San Antonio Texas at a minimum of two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a current portfolio of both unaccredited and accredited investors.

  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored investment solutions.

  • Build new client relationships through networking, referrals, and strategic business development initiatives.

  • Provide clear, compliant communication and education to clients on complex investment opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, investment execution, and ongoing client service.

  • Meet and exceed growth and revenue targets while upholding fiduciary standards.

Qualifications

  • Active securities licenses (Series 65 or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3–5 years of advisory or investment sales experience.

  • Strong knowledge of securities regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain client relationships.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for growth and achievement.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
