Job Summary

This role ensures PowerPak's culture stays strong. It involves hiring the right people, tracking

performance, and providing managers with the tools they need to lead effectively. It’s a hands-on

position that mixes practical HR work with steady oversight of recruiting, training, and performance

systems. The right fit is organized, direct, and comfortable working with everyone from warehouse staff

to senior leaders. They focus on clear results, strong processes, and building a team that shows up,

  • Handling HR questions & situations

  • Recruiting & recruiter management

  • Interview structure & top grading system

  • Performance management

  • Career planning

  • Headcount & efficiency metrics

  • Training & training systems

  • Management development

  • Career planning & KPI management

  • Performance management & ABC grading

  • Interview management & standardization of feedback

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional HR certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
