Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-10 years of experience as an HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, HR policies, and recruitment processes. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
ResponsibilitiesManage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure a positive work environment Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding new employees Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
