We are seeking a skilled and reliable Millwright with 5+ years of experience to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
Install, repair, and rebuild various types of metal fabrication machinery and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and preventative care.
Diagnose mechanical problems and implement effective solutions.
Repair or replace defective machine parts using tools such as welders, grinders, vertical mills, lathes, and drill presses.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
Work safely following company policies and OSHA regulations.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff and production teams to coordinate repairs.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school certificate or apprenticeship preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a millwright in an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Proficiency in reading blueprints and equipment manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and work in varying temperatures.
