Responsibilities

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential responsibilities.

  • Revenue Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy encompassing sales, professional services, and marketing to achieve 2-3x annual revenue growth targets.

  • Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization, including direct sales, channel partnerships, and account management, focused on enterprise customers in the GPU datacenter space.

  • Professional Services Oversight: Assist in the defining of professional services offerings, such as implementation, consulting, and customization support, to enhance customer success and drive upsell opportunities.

  • Marketing Direction: Lead marketing initiatives including demand generation, content strategy, branding, and digital campaigns to build pipeline and establish thought leadership in hosting and GPU datacenter technologies.

  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier teams across sales, professional services, and marketing, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-oriented performance.

  • Customer Acquisition and Retention: Identify and target key market segments, optimize the sales funnel, and implement retention strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to align revenue activities with product roadmap and customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions.

  • Performance Analytics: Establish revenue metrics, forecasting models, and dashboards to track sales performance, marketing ROI, and professional services utilization.

  • C-Suite Partnership: Collaborate with C-suite executives on business planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives to support overall company objectives.

  • Clarify and document the company’s sales organization — defining roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.

  • Establish a clean, functioning CRM environment with visibility into pipeline, forecast accuracy, and conversion metrics.

  • Design and implement compensation and commission plans for junior and mid-level sales reps that align incentives with company objectives.

  • Drive immediate revenue by selling all existing non-GPU colocation deployments (sub-250 kW footprints).

  • Audit and refine the current product suite (“what’s on the truck”) and bring those offerings to market with pricing, positioning, and collateral that drive clarity.

  • Launch and manage channel and reseller partnerships that expand market reach and revenue diversification.

  • Align sales and marketing around shared targets and campaign execution, ensuring that marketing output is supporting real pipeline growth.

  • Build the early foundation for a high-velocity, transparent, and accountable sales culture.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on mentality, comfortable in a startup environment where execution is key.

  • 5+ years of revenue leadership experience, with demonstrable sales excellence in high-growth tech or infrastructure companies.

  • Proven success scaling revenue 2-3x year-over-year in B2B environments, ideally in datacenter, cloud, or HPC industries.

  • Proven ability to build or rebuild a sales organization — including process, CRM, comp plans, and pipeline discipline.

  • A balance of strategic structure and tactical drive — able to think about product-market fit while closing meaningful deals in the first quarter.

  • Fluency in the economics of power, rack density, and MRR within colocation environments.

  • Deep understanding of channel programs, reseller structures, and partner enablement.

  • A mindset rooted in ownership, clarity, and results.

  • Strong understanding of GPU datacenter market dynamics, customer buying cycles, and value propositions for hardware-agnostic and software-only offerings.

  • Experience with enterprise sales processes, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to forecasting and performance optimization.

  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Patmos culture and mission enthusiasm – fanaticism preferred.
