Republican Jobs is leading the search for a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm in Atlanta, GA. This is an exceptional opportunity for a mid-level associate (4–6 years of experience) to work on sophisticated private equity and corporate transactions in a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Manage all phases of complex corporate and M&A transactions.

• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and related transaction documents.

• Provide legal research, writing, and policy analysis on civil justice issues.

• Coordinate due diligence and summarize key legal findings.

• Collaborate with clients, bankers, and advisors to drive deal success.

• Provide strategic legal guidance on private equity and corporate matters.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

• 4–6 years of experience in M&A or corporate law.

• Admission to the Georgia Bar or ability to waive in.

•  Exceptional drafting, analytical, and client communication skills required.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
