Facilities DirectorTall Timber Ranch
We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience as a Facilities Director to oversee all aspects of our facility operations. The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministry, be a team player and not be afraid of working hard through all 4 seasons we have in the Pacific Northwest. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities to guide the facilities team and problem-solving skills to address complex facility issues.
Lead and supervise facilities team members in the tasks of building maintenance, landscaping and vehicle upkeep. As well as coordinating with vendors and contractors for various maintenance and construction projects
Develop and manage annual facilities budget while overseeing capital improvement projects and maintenance schedules
Mentor and spiritually lead your team
Experience developing and implementing facilities policies and procedures
Knowledge of and experience working with systems including: plumbing, irrigation, construction, general handyman type of upkeep
Mechanic experience working on a variety of different vehicles
