Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience as a Territory Account Manager to drive sales growth by establishing a dealer network within an assigned geographic region. The ideal candidate will excel at building and maintaining client relationships while developing new business opportunities. This role requires strong sales management skills along with developing strategic marketing plans and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs, including scheduling trailer production, are met and sales objectives are achieved

Qualifications
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share in a defined territory

  • Trustworthy approach to handling dealer interactions and sensitive information

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with company goals and strategies

  • In-depth product knowledge of trailers and industry trends

  • Personable with strong communication skills
