We're looking for someone with 2-5+ years of experience as a Store Manager to lead our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, inventory control, and sales analysis. You'll be responsible for driving store performance while developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a salaried position with bonus potential based on store performance.

• Greet and assist customers in a knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful manner.

• Provide detailed product information on firearms, ammunition, accessories, and

  services.

• Lead the team in guiding customers through the firearm purchasing process, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (including 4473 and background check

  procedures).

• Maintain and lead the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all firearm transactions.

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for sales and returns.

• Maintain and lead the team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, displays, and merchandise.

• Oversee daily store operations including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction

• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue while maintaining appropriate inventory levels

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as retail operations require

• Experience in recruiting, training, and developing retail staff to create a cohesive team environment

• 1–2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably in a firearms or sporting goods environment.

• Must be legally able to possess firearms and pass all required background checks.

• Familiarity with firearms and/or willingness to complete product and compliance training.
