 IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • The ideal ProfitCoach Financial Performance Coach will possess advanced and proven abilities in the areas of business finance, sales, and coaching.
  • They will additionally possess well-developed consultative communication abilities, undergirded with the emotional intelligence and breadth of business knowledge to engage with a broad range of clients in the Single Family Rental (SFR) industry in a question-led way that drives the client toward self-discovery of their desired outcomes.
  • They will have aptitude in winsomely creating commitment to follow through on transformative next steps, while yielding confidence in the coach and the ProfitCoach brand.
  • The Coach will preferably have prior context within the SFR industry, adding a depth of awareness around the unique needs of serious mid- to large-scale (200-2,000 door) SFR business owners.


Responsibilities

Sales 

  • Utilize and assist in continuous improvement of the sales process in CRM
  • Handle all communication and follow-up with prospective clients
  • Lead Financial Review calls (our first touch point with prospective clients), including financial/P&L review

Coaching Client Onboarding

  • Ensure receipt of all needed software access and information from new coaching clients
  • Ensure timely setup of all client dashboards and forecasts by the ProfitCoach Dashboard Team
  • Review all new client dashboards and forecasts to ensure proper setup and accommodation of specific client requests/nuances
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of client onboarding processes in CRM

Coaching

  • Master the NARPM Accounting Standards chart of accounts, metrics, and benchmarks
  • Master ProfitCoach Dash and underlying calculations/drivers
  • Master ProfitCoach Forecast model and be able to customize client forecasts in real-time
  • Execute all pre-call prep and follow up
  • Execute coaching calls by authoritatively coaching through the “why”, “what” and “how” of financial performance improvement, while gaining client commitment

  • You are proficient in computer skills, and can quickly learn new softwares.
  • You are proficient with Excel, evidenced by the ability to answer financial questions in real-time through Excel calculations.
  • You have an advanced ability to read financial statements, and a high level of attention to underlying details/drivers. 
  • You can command the respect of seasoned entrepreneurs in an advanced financial coaching and sales context, evidenced by the ability to understand and summarize client questions/needs and provide value-added feedback in real-time.
  • You have prior experience in property management, and understand the unique needs of clients in the SFR industry.
