Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence.
Conduct legal research and evaluate liability and damages.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court as needed.
Work closely with clients, medical experts, and litigation teams.
Develop strategic case plans for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum six years of personal injury litigation experience.
Skilled in pleadings, motion practice, and case management.
Strong legal writing, research, and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling a full caseload.
Committed to client advocacy and compassionate representation.
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
