Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of experience as a Landscape Foreman who can lead our landscaping crews with expertise in blueprint reading and landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in operating various landscaping equipment and installing/maintaining irrigation systems. This role requires excellent team leadership abilities and effective client communication to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
Responsibilities
- Supervise landscape crews and delegate tasks based on project blueprints and timelines
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment while ensuring proper irrigation system installation and maintenance
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns or special requests
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Availability to work seasonal extended hours during peak landscaping periods
