Join our growing 2nd generation family-owned drapery and window covering business as a Showroom & Office Assistant! We’re seeking an ambitious, motivated individual eager to start a long-term career with us. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our showroom—helping customers in person and over the phone—while diving into the world of drapery products and operations. From scheduling sales appointments, installs, and repairs to supporting office tasks, you’ll gain hands-on experience and play a key role in our expansion. • Answer phone calls and greet walk-in customers, providing information and assistance with a positive attitude.  
• Schedule repair and installation appointments, coordinating with customers and team members.  
• Learn and share product knowledge to help customers with their drapery needs and identify sales opportunities.  
• Assist with office management tasks, such as organizing files, managing supplies, or processing orders.  
• Support the showroom team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Strong communication and customer service skills—friendly, approachable, and professional.
• Basic organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple tasks (e.g., scheduling, phone calls, walk-ins).
• Willingness to learn about drapery products and showroom operations—no prior experience required!
• Comfortable with phones, basic computer use, and picking up new systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or office support is a plus.

This role offers hands-on training in drapery products, customer service, and office management, with potential to grow into more responsibilities over time.
