Associate Project ManagerPatmos

We are seeking a highly motivated entry-level Project Manager to lead web development projects from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and basic understanding of web development processes. You will work closely with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Team Coordination: Work with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure smooth project execution.
• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints and workflows.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Budget Management: Track project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet high standards and client expectations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

• 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a web development agency.
• Experience using project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
