Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an Affiliate Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for recruiting and managing influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to promote our platform. You'll leverage your sales techniques and communication skills to build strong partnerships, drive revenue growth, and optimize campaign performance. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit & onboard influencers, affiliates, and brand ambassadors to promote our platform, leveraging persuasive communication and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Track performance using analytics tools to monitor key metrics like engagement, conversions, and ROI, and use insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate partnerships strategically to optimize performance and maximize revenue potential.
  • Coordinate campaigns, including content approvals, tracking links, and promotional timelines, with a sales-driven approach to ensure maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in influencer marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support reporting and data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, using data to refine sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new affiliate and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop sales strategies to increase platform adoption and engagement among influencers and affiliates.
Qualifications

Experience:

  • Some experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, digital marketing, streamer management, or a related field (internship counts too).
  • Proven sales or business development experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for streamer and influencer culture, with the ability to sell the platform’s value to potential partners.
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools and how to use data for sales optimization.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage relationships effectively.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, and others.
