Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience as a Handyman/Estimator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential remodeling, carpentry, and home repair. This role requires excellent customer relationship building skills and the ability to provide accurate cost estimates for various projects. The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing repair needs, performing hands-on work, and communicating effectively with clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site assessments of repair and remodeling needs, providing detailed cost estimates to clients
- Perform a wide range of home repair and remodeling tasks, including framing, painting, and carpentry
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout projects, ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings
