We're looking for someone with 7+ years of experience as a Class Action Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil litigation, class action procedures, and legal research. This role requires strong analytical thinking and excellent oral communication skills to effectively manage complex class action cases and represent clients in court.

• Lead plaintiff-side class action cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop case strategies and oversee motion and discovery practice.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions with precision and clarity.
• Manage depositions, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Conduct complex legal research and analyze case law trends.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum seven years of class action litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced setting.
