Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager for our Inner-City Kids Entrepreneurship Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and business development. This role involves implementing and customizing our Children's Entrepreneur Market program for low-income youth in the Atlanta metro area. You'll be responsible for building partnerships, recruiting mentors, and overseeing program development to empower underprivileged youth through entrepreneurship education.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with organizations serving low-income communities in Atlanta
  • Implement and customize the CEM program to meet the unique needs of inner-city youth entrepreneurs
  • Coordinate with the local CEM market manager and leadership team to ensure smooth program execution and evaluation
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated passion for youth education and entrepreneurship in underserved communities
  • Experience working with low-income or inner-city youth populations
  • Ability to travel to pilot metro areas as needed for program implementation and oversight
