Electrical AssemblerAqueous Technologies
We're looking for someone with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our team as an Electrical Assembler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing bench and line assembly operations, including electrical wiring and plumbing to produce company products. This role requires both mechanical aptitude and a warm personality that can collaborate with other workers.
- Install control and distribution apparatus, including switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels
- Test circuit continuity to ensure compatibility and safety using instruments such as ohmmeters, buzzers, batteries, and oscilloscopes
- Replace defective wiring and components, recording defects for repairs
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production personnel to solve problems
- Assemble components using bolts, clips, screws, or other fastening methods
- Perform basic fabrication using hand tools, grinders, drill motors, and measuring equipment
- Build wire harnesses, control boxes, and specify correct wire gauge and fusing for electrical components
- Develop wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for modifications or expansions
- Install and connect holding tanks, motors, pumps, and custom components, including bending and cutting stainless steel tubing and CPVC to provide proper watertight connections
- Team player who can collaborate with all technical personnel to problem-solve
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, blueprints, and their coordination with bills of materials
- Capable of using fabrication tools, grinders, drills, and measuring instruments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform dimensional calculations
- Knowledge of shop safety procedures and best practices
- Ability to work independently, follow directions, and manage multiple tasks
- Mechanical or tradesman experience•2 - 5 years
- Attention to detail

- Auto mechanic experience
- HVAC experience
