We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Skilled Laborer. The ideal candidate will have a basic background in various aspects of construction, including concrete work, framing, finishing, and siding. This role requires the ability to read blueprints and a hands-on approach to tasks. We value energy, drive, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. 

• Perform a variety of construction tasks, including concrete work, framing, finishing, and siding with emphasis on framing and siding 
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution 
• Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects efficiently and to high standards 
• Use a framing nailer, skilsaw, and other handtools 

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
• A teachable and humble spirit 
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions 

• Competitive hourly wage $25-$30 per hour based on experience  
• $300 per month towards health insurance 
• Owner will help loyal employees purchase a new home the company has built at a discount of 8% from market value after 1 year of employment from the company. (Example would be a home for $400k sells to employees for $368k.)
