Senior Technology Designer RCDD Ares Technology Consultants

We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience to join our team as a Senior Technology Designer RCDD. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the technology design process for assigned projects, ensuring production efficiency within the design team. You'll work closely with professional designers and project managers to deliver critical projects for Ares Technology Consultants. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to lead and support team members effectively.

• Manage all aspects of the technology design process for assigned projects, including project scope, deliverables, schedules, and fees
• Manage and support assigned design team members to optimize efficiency and performance
• Conduct quality control for design documents and project deliverables, and respond to RFIs and RFQs as required
• Utilize Bluebeam for markups and gather markup information from team members
• Conduct site walks and visits to assess project requirements
• Schedule and attend project meetings, including BIM coordination meetings
• Produce design documents and drawings

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
